As I suspected, he had also applied for citizenship via his marriage to a US citizen. But his application was denied after “a failure to respond to a request for additional information.” The letter Roberts provided from the Texas attorney was apparently about an effort to reopen his immigration case, which didn’t happen (so still odd IMO for the lawyer to call it a “successful resolution”). But it seems the lawyer is saying Roberts didn’t pay them lol. Perhaps the nail in the coffin for him is that they found a copy of the deportation order in a car in his garage. Decent amount of new information in here. But nothing about anything that happened prior 1999. And unless I missed it nothing about the gun charge from 2020 either, or any charges other than the ones this month for that matter.

DMPS did however say that someone filed a FOIA request (not sure who) sometime AFTER he was hired, and the consulting firm provided the original resume he submitted. DMPS says they knew Roberts did not receive a doctorate from Morgan State. He apparently submitted a resume to the consulting firm saying he did, but DMPS had the revised resume when interviewing final candidates. Not clear if DMPS knew about the initial version. You’d think the search firm would have told them, but you’d also think if they did that would have ruled him out of contention, so it’s certainly possible IMO that the district wasn’t aware he lied initially.

Nope, I understand it just fine. Occam’s razor says a guy who was illegal (and if so, probably using a fake identity) likely would have been caught sooner than when he was on his 6th different public school job over a span of 25 years.

So the evidence for the claim that he’s been illegal since his student visa expired ~20 years ago is…Occam’s razor? What about all his Driver’s licenses? Home purchases? Numerous other jobs with public school systems? I think Occam’s razor says he probably wasn’t illegal that whole time or else he would have been found out sooner.

How do you know it was more than one person that knew that was going to be on there? We’re just taking the word of whoever the heck “Nick Miles” is now? I’m supposed to believe faculty told them to remove that, but was perfectly fine with them giving a special thanks to cocaine? Most of these YouTube videos have like 10-20 views, and that’s after 30k people have seen this post from Miles. This is nothing. Now if maybe the President’s son condoned an attack of a top politician’s spouse, then you could probably argue that might be indicative of a larger trend. Oh wait.
