Sorry @nobody, I didn’t realize that post was talking about the diploma also, I thought we were just talking about the FBI check. Yes, I agree the diploma should be easy. Morgan State confirming he never received a doctorate from there is probably the best actual proof we have so far of him being a fraudster, and since he apparently did not have a diploma to provide, then yes, it’s probably a safe assumption that he never actually provided one to the PA district. I don’t know if the letter is legit, but of course the law firm isn’t going to admit sending it, because they may have screwed up. @nobody, you don’t think it’s possible maybe he thought it was resolved but it really wasn’t? That would answer the question I raised earlier about him working such a public job while supposedly knowing he had an order of deportation. I’m sure the response will be “ok then why did he run from the police?” which is fair to ask, but overall there are still a lot of unanswered questions here.
