  1. Shooter had previously filed multiple lawsuits claiming “LGBTQ white supremacists” were after him. https://nypost.com/2025/09/28/us-news/southport-mass-shooting-suspect-identified-as-nigel-edge-after-deadly-north-carolina-attack-report/
  2. I know. It’s possible the marriage was a sham to get citizenship. But if so, wouldn’t that give them more incentive to actually go through the process?
  3. I’m not ignoring the follow up questions. This story has so many unanswered questions I wouldn’t expect every reporter to ask them all. I wasn’t so focused on whether he was married or not. I just raised it as a piece of evidence suggesting that he may have had legal status. You’re the one fighting the claim despite seeing a copy of his marriage certificate.
  4. Probably because the legacy media sucks. I don’t know if he was a citizen, but he was definitely married. @jonnyutah can you back me up here? Here’s their wedding photos https://www.swflphotography.com/lenisha-ian-naples-bay-resort/
  5. Weird, because you just did it 45 minutes ago.
  6. It was a copy of his marriage certificate dude. And it was posted by a lawyer that’s on your side of this topic. @jonnyutah has cited her as well, are you going to make fun of him for “believing Billy’s gaming chat room”? Her work has been cited in some of the articles btw: https://www.desmoinesregister.com/story/news/2025/09/27/dmps-superintendent-ian-roberts-still-in-u-s-saturday-after-ice-arrest/86392073007/#
  7. I have said multiple times it was possible he was a fraudster. But yes I do believe in innocent until proven guilty.
  8. This isn’t gonna help you get a cheaper house
  9. I wouldn’t say it was “clearly false.” He was married to a citizen, so he could have gotten citizenship through that. But it’s possible his marriage was considered fraudulent and they revoked it, triggering the deportation order.
  10. Michigan church thread got peenie’d?
  11. No they’re not sure, no one should be. But you seemed to be implying they were not legit by talking about his crimes. I do agree with you about “why wouldn’t he have done similarly at other jobs” - he probably did, so either he was legal during his time at the other jobs, or he committed fraud.
  12. You said he “presented documents that appeared legit.” Are you suggesting they were not actually legit? Or do you think that he was legal at the time the documents were submitted? Pretty much has to be one of those 2 options.
  13. So you think it was an elaborate fraud scheme?
  14. They never said he didn’t get another type of visa or citizenship later though. He worked for like 5 different public school systems after 2005, I find it hard to believe he was illegal that whole time (edit: again, unless it was an elaborate fraud scheme)
  15. I think you fell for ICE’s misleading wording. They never said he overstayed his student visa, just that that’s when he first entered.

    Charlie Kirk was just shot

you may have read the chart wrong. It was currently higher than 2023
  17. I know what Occam’s razor means. The simplest explanation is usually the best one. You don’t think the simplest explanation for him getting hired by two school districts isn’t that he passed both background checks? And do you still think I hadn’t posted any primary sources when you replied earlier?
  18. “LGBTQ white supremacists” will give an opening for both sides to blame the other
  19. Here’s some info about some of the lawsuits against the PA district: https://www.yahoo.com/news/another-settlement-millcreek-schools-pay-085708275.html Two of the plaintiffs were men that got demoted from administrator positions making over $100k a year, where Roberts stated he wanted to reduce the number of administrators. If Roberts were a Republican doing this GC righties here would celebrate him for removing unnecessary bloat. One of the plaintiffs declared bankruptcy and one got a job at an insurance company instead (reminder, they were both offered teaching jobs within the district). So color me a bit skeptical about some of their claims.
  20. I believe she added additional info after I posted it here, but that’s not quite what it says. She says they planned to do it within 90 days of his hire and she couldn’t find record of them revisiting it, but that doesn’t mean it didn’t happen. The document clearly calls out that the law requires it, so Occam’s razor would tell us that they probably did revisit it (especially since he then also passed a background check at a different district).
  21. I’m gonna read a little more about the lawsuits from the PA district. At first glance suing for not getting hired for a job feels like cuck behavior when they should have pulled themselves up by their bootstraps instead
  22. I believe only one of his at least 3 degrees were from an online school
