'Homegrowns are next': Trump hopes to deport and jail U.S. citizens abroad

I wasn’t even really talking about border patrol, I’m talking about a local cop encountering some guys standing in a Home Depot parking lot. The fact that a white person would be less likely to be suspected of being in the country illegally is white privilege. -

No I’m not. It makes sense based on statistics that Hispanics would be more likely to be accused of illegally crossing the border than whites. I’m saying it’s white privilege, not racism. -

Sorry I didn’t mean the cop is patrolling the border and find them near it. I meant they encounter a cop weeks or months later or something. Maybe they’re just doing something like, I don’t know, standing in a Home Depot parking lot at 2 PM. -
Many are. I wouldn’t say it’s really anyone that actually has any “influence” though that I’ve seen.

Trump defies the courts, Sends migrants to El Sal Prison
TimHauck replied to Ron_Artest's topic in The Geek Club
I strongly disagree that this is a “political loser” for Democrats. I have seen quite a few Republicans condemn this action by the government, and zero Democrats defend it. And for a lot of the centrists like myself and Republicans that are against it, it’s not really about whether or not he was a “good guy.” It’s about the precedent this sets of not following the Supreme Court, and the apparent ability to “accidentally” deport whoever they feel like, then saying “sorry, out of our hands now” once they’re out of the country. Even if he is a “bad guy,” unless he killed someone or something his alleged “crimes” don’t deserve potential life in prison. At this point the best scenario for him is to simply be released from the El Salvador prison, because god knows what we’d do with him if they did send him back here. I have not seen any justification for El Salvador to keep him in prison. Heck our current Secretary of Defense has been “accused” of worse than this guy, can we send him to this prison too? There is certainly more information that can come out that can make the government look bad. For one, that the cop who filed the report that the entire claim of him being MS-13 was based on is dirty, which is a documented fact. And then if it comes out that the guy is dead or something, I bet many people with a heart will think hey maybe coming here illegally shouldn’t be punishable by death. Of course I know some Republicans don’t fit that description though. And let’s be real, many people that constantly bring up Laken Riley or Rachel Morin don’t really care about them, they care about using them for political theater and to to try to make all immigrants look bad. -

Him being a gang member hinges on the report of a dirty cop who got suspended less than 1 week after the report was filed for giving case information to a prostitute he was paying for sex. And even that report was based solely on the word of a criminal informant and a Chicago Bulls hat: https://www.justice.gov/ag/media/1396906/dl?inline https://newrepublic.com/article/194010/kilmar-abrego-garcia-case-trump-deported-error-another-hit There was new information that came out about claims his wife made alleging domestic violence, but they were never followed through on: https://x.com/DHSgov/status/1912567112733753563 In addition, he was apparently pulled over in 2022 “on suspicion of human trafficking,” but little details are given: https://tennesseestar.com/justice/bidens-fbi-ordered-tn-highway-patrol-to-release-maryland-man-recently-deported-to-el-salvador-after-he-was-detained-in-2022-traffic-stop-on-suspicion-of-human-trafficking/tpappert/2025/04/16/ -
Even @Strike disagrees with you. Well I think he does, he wrote 2 sentences with the complete opposite meanings and refused to clarify when I asked nicely.

It’s amusing to me that most of MAGA including posters here think this field interview sheet from a disgraced cop based on the word of a criminal informant and Chicago Bulls clothing, is actually new information. Anyone that was interested in learning the facts of the case already knew what was in that report. Clearly MAGA isn’t interested in facts. -

Posted in the other thread, but in case anyone missed it, the cop who filed the report claiming he was in a gang pled guilty to providing case information to a prostitute he was paying for sex acts. He was suspended ONE WEEK after the report on Abrego Garcia was filed. Bondi conveniently censored his name from the files that were released. https://newrepublic.com/article/194010/kilmar-abrego-garcia-case-trump-deported-error-another-hit -

I’m not sure if it’s been determined if we’re actually paying a lump sum cost or just a cost per prisoner -

This would seem to put a giant wrinkle into the claim that “he’s not our problem now.” Van Hollen says that he asked the VP why El Salvador continues to hold Abrego Garcia even though he’s not charged with a crime and there’s no evidence that he’s MS-13. “His answer was that the Trump administration is paying the government of El Salvador to keep him at CECOT” https://x.com/AnnaBower/status/1912572729208774974 I’m guessing he’s dead -

Let’s say two people cross the border illegally, one Caucasian and one Hispanic. Who do you think 99.9% of cops will first suspect of being illegal? That’s white privilege -

It was more than one person in the admin who said it was a mistake. Here’s another who said so, under penalty of perjury. https://x.com/AnnaBower/status/1912353046429941774 Even fockin Bondi admitted that “additional paperwork needed to be done.” AKA MISTAKE https://x.com/pvtjokerus/status/1911911921802223763 -

Gofundme did not allow him to have a fundraiser. GiveSendGo did. They also allowed fundraisers for J6ers, Kyle Rittenhouse and Daniel Penny. Their founder has been very vocal about making sure Anthony gets a competent defense:

Yeah black people are definitely rallying around the (alleged) murderer. Honestly the comments about this case on x are pretty reprehensible from both sides, @peenie does have a point about whites trying to use this instance to generalize about blacks as a whole.

You realize the only “crime” he was arrested for other than entering the country illegally was for loitering outside of a Home Depot, right? -

True, you probably don’t have to worry about that because of your white privilege -
Well the founder of the site ( @weepaws would probably be a fan) has been pretty outspoken on social media, I’d imagine he would chime in if the dad committed perjury.
-
The dad says in the article he doesn’t have access to the money. And the givesendgo does not say it’s for legal defense (side note, it’s funny to see righties all upset about givesendgo now when not long ago they were heroes for allowing conservative-friendly campaigns that gofundme wouldn’t). https://www.givesendgo.com/HelpKarmelo The Anthony family already lived in a wealthy suburb (in a house valued over $800K), they already had money. There is chatter on x about a new Escalade, but sounds like that was purchased in 2023.
