Can’t find the earlier documents but looks like there was a lot more to this case, it’s not even clear if calling the properties her primary residences was the fraud. It says she knew she wouldn’t qualify for the loans if she used her actual financial information - that implies the primary residence thing likely wasn’t a factor since all that would change is the interest rate by like a % or so. It does look like Ms Cook may not have been qualified for this role, however that does not mean she should be fired because of allegations based on Zillow.com

It is possible that both properties could have qualified as her primary residence in her first year of owning them, which was the specific timeframe screenshotted on the document from Mr. Pulte. I wouldn’t expect CNN to be smart enough to realize that.
