Big debate in my neighborhood (fairly diverse, I’d estimate about 60% Trump voters) Facebook page. Most posts usually get like 4 or 5 comments, up to about 60 on posts talking about how the HOA originally decided not to lower the flag at the clubhouse to half staff for Kirk (no posts from me). I think they eventually did it though

I agree with your sentence saying “any member of the public that is okay with vaccinations would want one for covid as soon as possible,” but many righties here and elsewhere did not agree. They claimed Dems did not want the vaccine in 2020 because Trump. They claimed Harris was one person who said that, but what she said was she wouldn’t take it if it was just Trump saying so, but she’d take it if doctors and scientists said so. Which was a dumb comment to make because obviously it wasn’t going to be authorized without doctors and scientists giving it a green light, but she wasn’t saying she wasn’t going to take it.
