If you are still in the big sleazy, a must for lunch is the BEST poor-boy sammich in the city. Central Grocery on Decatur at the end of the Quarter. Two must haves,, the roast beef with with EXTRA gravy dressed and a half muffelata. Enjoy your time here. The rain looks likes finally getting past us.

Nice. Why didn’t you tell me you were in town??? After you leave Preservation Hall, there’s two must on Saturday and Sunday nights on Bourbon Street. There is this one bar in four or five hundred block. I’m bashing my head right now trying to remember its name. I think it’s The Corner Bar.Across the street is a darker beautiful place with a lot of history. Sunday nights are blues nights.Man ole man ive heard some incredible sets the4e. One night I just happened to go there, late eighties, and Keith Richard’s and John Lee Hooker. Phenomenal. Also, on Sunday nights Pat O’Briens does dueling pianos.Two incredible pianist/singers. There’s one more must on Sundays in the Quarter at night. The Goldsmith bar.Second oldest bar in America.A piano player takes requests.Have fun my brother.
