Now that we're three weeks in, Berrian hasn't really done snot yet, but looked a bit better in Week 3 with Frerotte at QB. B. Johnson has been solid but unspectacular so far. B. Johnson is the best FA out there right now, and I need to decide whether to drop Berrian for him. (Note that Johnson fixes a Week 8 Bye issue for me as well.) This is for my #4 WR spot behind TO / Santonio / Driver. Any opinions?

Since you posted here you are obviously expecting a bunch of "Atta BOY!" posts. Problem is, you got reamed. You don't trade the #1 FF player after two bad weeks. Edit: If Thomas Jones keeps up his current pace, this turns into a bad trade as opposed to a terrible one. Edit: Ever since I dropped Greg Jennings for A. Randle El last year after jennings missed Weeks 1 and 2, I try to be more patient with my moves, and I never post them to this board.

Paid the big bucks for Carson Palmer in my auction draft. Then picked up Aaron Rodgers as an afterthought, then tried to get rid of him due to Bye week conflict with Palmer. Sometimes the best trades are those not made.

I haven't been able to get to my league page since about 4 PM. If I had missed some lineup moves at 4 PM or the 8 PM Steelers - Browns game, I would have absolutely flipped. Free Yahoo doesn't have these problems, but CBS at $200+ can't get its act together year after year. Unfreakingbelievable.

Does this win? Some dumb broad "Fluffy" in our league cut Jay Cutler for ... Shaun Alexander. No team will even give him a tryout, and old dumb Fluffy cuts a #1 QB for him. Of course even at #3 on the WW I didn't get to pick him up.

As noted in the title, due to our shallow benches (4 spots) Chris Johnson was not drafted - he will be available on the WW Wednesday morning. My current RBs are Jacobs, Earnest Graham, and Edge. Edge, Aaron Rodgers, Bernard Berrian, and Anthony Gonzalez make up my bench. Who (if any) should I drop if I somehow get the chance to pick up Johnson?

OK, so I was being a bit over-the-top, but getting the clear #1 pick with the #3 pick gives that team a huge advantage over everyone else. Plus as noted above more bonehead picks were made, as I suspected after seeing the #1 and #2 picks. One "gift" pick doesn't always win a championship, but it sure doesn't hurt.

Same here. 1sr place all year by a WIDE margin, 13-1, lose to an 8-6 team in the semis because I had Romo / LT2 and he had the Eagles DEF. F U Romo!!! But are you sure Anderson will be the QB next year? NFL GMs often push their #1 draft picks into the starting role even if they aren't ready (Eli, Alex Smith, Rivers). Not saying that Brady Quinn will be the starter next year, but I would not be shocked to see Anderson traded in the off-season ... the Browns didn't draft Brady to stay on the bench.

Remind me to never join one of your leagues where a clear BS trade, like say LT2 for Bobby Engram or Tony Romo for Heath Miller (or a healthy SJax for a hurt Garcia), is "fair" because it doesn't violate a specific league rule.

Big week for me, but not for the league as a whole. For the first time in memory, all playoff spots (6 out of 12) are already locked up with Week 13 left. I am tied at 8-4 with the league points leader and play him for the division this week. Win and I get a BYE and guaranteed 4th place money, lose and I have to battle next week. Considering my drafted RBs were Shaun Alexander and Cadillac (and I traded Reggie Wayne for LJ) I'm shocked that I am in this position. Something tells me the wheels start falling off my bandwagon starting this weekend. Oh, and the wild things is that I have been outscored by about 40 points for the year - I have the mythical Fraud of the Year trophy locked up.

Can you think of a situation where you would actually start Vince Young? I drafted him this year, but dropped him after filling a Week 9 bye (for Eli, in fact) with no regrets.
