If I'd known I was going to be wrong about Tank, I would've assumed Tuten did way better than expected. Etienne's metrics were beyond putrid last year and didn't seem like he'd amount to anything this season - or ever again. So much for metrics.

I was right that Jahmyr Gibbs was worthy of the #1 overall pick due to health, a billion receptions, and a juggernaut team. I was wrong thinking Puka Nacua wasn't worth an early pick, because Matt Stafford can't stay healthy. .................................................... I was right that James Cook is a stud and the prior year's limited snap count was due to the Bills blowing everyone out. I was wrong thinking Liam Coen could turn Trevor Lawrence into Mayfield-Lite and Brian Thomas Jr would have a tremendous season. ............................................... How about yall?

You were wrong. Wks 1-14 Lawrence was Qb 15 and his Qb rating ranked 29th in the league. Two fluke weeks doesn't change the fact that Lawrence is an over-paid bum who can't get beyond his first read.

I got burned too. Early 2nd rd pick. Min receptions and has to score from distance which is fluky. Now there's ankle and shoulder issues. Something major would have to change to consider drafting him in the top 4 rounds next year.

He just sounds black to me - can't tell a region. And I'm 6th generation Floridian. I'm with Nomad in thinking it's statistically improbable and borderline impossible for reasons stated. Regardless, it's interesting to hear scientists say if they ever did find an alien, they wouldn't care much about its eyes, skin, or physical features. What they really want is take a piece, put it under a microscope and see is it's cells - the only known way for life to exist... nucleus, mitochondria, etc. Is that the only universal model for life or is there something different out there?

Well all year long I fully intended to start my back-up Darnold if anything ever happened to Mahomes. Then it happened and I got cold feet after looking at his recent stats. Ain't followed this case much, but several Youtube commenters seem convinced it's some student assistant named Mustapha Kharbouch.?. Some Muslim dude who's profile has been removed by the school for whatever reason. No idea, but if it it ain't him... might go unsolved unless they have a name they aren't sharing. The shooting happened last Saturday. Odds of capture get pretty slim after a week.

I golf once a year with friends... my ALL-TIME world record ... 122. And that's with the double-par rule where ya pick up the ball and move along. Only have two birdies. The first one I retired the golf ball. It's now a memento of how bad I suck at golf.
