I do 4 leagues. Last year I drafted Jordan Matthews in all 4, generally as my 3rd starting WR. That was OK, but not as good as I thought he'd be. I also had Jeffery 3x (as my #1 WR in one and my #2 in two others) and Barnidge as my TE in 3. Both of those were disasters. I also had Cousins in 3 leagues. 2x as my second starter in 2QB leagues and 1x as my backup to Newton who he took over as the starter. Cousins was a good pick. This year, I didn't really plan it, but I had more diversity. I got Ingram and Garcon as the only 2 players I have in more than 2 leagues. I have Ingram as my 3rd, 3rd, and 2nd RB and Garcon as my 4th, 4th, and 5th WR. The 3 RBs in NO are a concern, but I see Ingram as the lead runner to AP and as a good receiver that can keep Kamara off the field. The Niner offense might be better than people think with Rat Junior as the coach and Hoyer isn't as bad as people think. Garcon should be a target monster. Who did you take more than twice? Anyone? And why?
