Mike: Enabling disabled macros

Recommended Posts

I'm unable to enable the macros for the cheatsheet compiler as I'm required to have the password to unprotect the file. I've tried changing the security from high to medium but I can't get around the protection issue. Any hints what that password would be? Thankstreewarden@yahoo.com

Well, yeah, I have a hint what the password is because I set it, but that shouldn't have anything to do with the macros. It just ensures the logos and macro buttons stay in place on the protected sheets.

I think the problem should be a result of the security setting. Something you may not have tried is once you change the security setting, you need to close the Compiler, and then re-open it. At this point it should prompt you to enable macros. Does this work?
