pingthing 0 Posted July 27, 2003 I purchased the compiler before I became a member of FFToday. My login isn't accepted to get the updated version now....Please help. Thanks
Mike MacGregor 21 Posted July 27, 2003 Hi pingthing. The login for FF Today Forums is separate from the Compiler login. If you purchased the Compiler prior to last Wednesday, then you should have received your Compiler login instructions by email. If you didn't receive them, then drop me an email and we'll get you straightened out. compiler@fftoday.com If you purchased since last Wednesday (i.e. got version 1.5 at initial purchase), then the login info will go out in the next few days. It is easier for me to do them in one big batch, and I had a lot of tech support email to catch up on from the past few days, which was higher priority since everyone already had version 1.5. BillsBabe 0 Posted July 29, 2003 I got Version 1.0 on July 17th, and haven't gotten an e-mail with a login name from you as far as I can see. I still have my the e-mail I got right after my PayPal was received, and it said I would be getting another e-mail shortly, but I never did. When I click on the link for the update (at http://www.fftoday.com/download/index.htm) I get an error message saying that the page cannot be displayed. I never even get a chance to get prompted for a login.
Mike FF Today 757 Posted July 29, 2003 Hi Billsbabe, Why don't you shoot an email to compiler@fftoday.com and we'll get you fixed up. Please inlcude the email address you used when making your purchase and your Transaction ID #. The number should be included in the order confirmation email that you received. As far as getting the error message while trying to access the update page, that's a new one on me. Anybody else having this problem? I just tested the link and it seems to working fine. Anybody else get the error message when clicking on the link above?
Mike MacGregor 21 Posted July 29, 2003 Got the email and responded BillsBabe. I'm not getting that error at the link either. Are you still? If yes, what browser are you using? I wonder if that could be the issue.
