DrJ 0 Posted October 5, 2005 I don't think the waiver priority is getting set correctly. Shouldn't we be using these rules for tiebreak: 7. If the tied clubs are from different conferences, apply the following steps: b. Three or more teams: (Note: If two teams remain tied after third or other clubs are eliminated, tiebreaker reverts to step one of applicable two-club format.) i. Head-to-head sweep (Applicable only if one club has defeated each of the others or if one club has lost to each of the others). ii. Total points. iii. Best gross points in common games (only if equal number of games are played). iv. Best gross touchdowns in all games. v. Coin toss. Since there are 4 teams tied at 1-3 from different conferences, total points should take over. That would make it: 1) Krispy 2) Colorado 3) Battle 4) DrJ 5 teams are tied at 2-2 from the different conferences, that makes it: 5) TyCobb 6) Folston 7) Hammer 8) Horsemen 9) Miller 2 teams at 3-1 that haven't played so it's: 10) Jetdoc 11) Tuna And at 12: 12) Serbian
Battle-Tested 0 Posted October 5, 2005 In MFL.com.................they have these functions for waiver wire order: Overall Winning Percentage Head to Head Total Points Divisional Winning Percantage Reverse Order of Opponent Total Points Scored Power Rank As you can see, a few of them do not apply at all (in red). I used the first three in the following order: 1) Overall Winning Percentage 2) Head to Head 3) Total Points That explains why Colorado is listed #3 and I am listed #4 because I beat Krispy and the Bombers beat DrJ. So, to circumvent me manually doing it every damn week I am making a new LAW.........I am going to get rid of the "head to head" and just go with: 1) Overall Winning Percentage 2) Total Points Starting as of now................case adjourned.
