FCFS shouldn't be open, lottery isn't until Thurs

Waivers were open to FCFS and shouldn't have been until after the Thursday lottery. For some reason, the waiver calendar setup worked in the previous weeks, but didn't this week. I have made some adjustments and things seems to be corrected now. I have reversed all waivers from this week, and apologize for any inconvenience.

Good info. I was wondering what I missed after seeing waivers being processed so early.
