in light of all the speculation around which team is going to take whom, it got me to thinking about how every year guys like Kiper and other analysts give a description of a player "destined for greatness" who we never hear from again unless it's bad news.

 

Just wondering who of this year's 1st rounders is being overrated, and you think is likely to be a day 1 flop.

 

Any memorable 1st day flops from years past? Any quotes from Kiper to accompany them? Those are always fun...

i'm not saying he's gonna be a flop, but reggie bush won't be the game changing back he was in college. he'll share carries with DD in houston and he won't lead the team in yards.

Chad Greenway (Productive in college, but measurables sketchy.)

Vince Young (Wrong approach to everything so far)

Jimmy Williams (badattude)

Marcus McNeill (bad back)

Santonio Holmes (Just doesn't have "it" when I have seen him play)
