hoffdaddy 1 Posted March 24, 2006 Decent backup RB. http://www.jsonline.com/story/index.aspx?id=410455 Fisher accepted a one-year deal for not much more than minimum salary from the St. Louis Rams. His deal contained a modest signing bonus.
Fumbleweed 545 Posted March 24, 2006 I wish they would release Faulk. I would love to see him get more than 2-4 carries a game again.
SmartassBoiler 0 Posted March 24, 2006 I wish they would release Faulk. I would love to see him get more than 2-4 carries a game again. I don't think his knees can handle much anymore. I'd like to see him go somewhere to be a situational 3rd down back for a year and retire. I don't want to hear about him being 50 years old and not being able to walk properly like Earl Campbell. luckdogg17 0 Posted March 24, 2006 yeah. that would be nice if they released faulk. nothing personal, just bidness. i'm not sure what he's making but i know it's too much. $2-$4 million maybe? for nothing. i wish he would retire so the rams wouldn't have to take the fan backlash. supposedly he's a good guy and mentor to the younger players (especially st.jackson) but i'd rather have the capspace. maybe he could retire and volunteer as an assistant coach. that could happen. is there no loyalty anymore?
