Years Lettered: 2002,03,04

Bowl Participation: Starting quarterback in the 2002 Tangerine Bowl against Texas Tech and the 2004 Peach Bowl against #6 Tennessee.

Fall 2004 Depth Chart Position: First-team quarterback

Yes in my opinion probably the best QB out there. Now I don't get to follow alot of college games because I work on Saturday but from what I saw in the Senior Bowl this kid should be in a class with Ben Roethlisberger and Matt Schaub ( Who should be starting for Atlanta ), before you 2 Vick fans complain ask yourself why do the Falcons want a 1st Round Pick for Schaub, answer he's that good. You have to feel sorry for the Falcon organization because of all the Vick hype they have to play him and deep down inside they would love to see Schaub out there. Solution let hime run around he'll eventually get hurt and than they can play Schaub. That's not me thinking this it's the Falcons remember Vick said this year I get to run more. :first:

I agree Whitehurst is good, but as a Clemson alum I take exception to the team being "lousy."

We won 8 and 9 in 2 of his 3 full years as starter.

He can't do it all....they have no established WRs, they play a RBBC, you know the coaching staff sucks, hell if it wasn't for the coaches daughter, nobody would have ever heard of him....

Sorry I didn't mean anything by suggesting that Whitehurst reminds of the Big Ben and Matt Schaub type of QB. :(
