Dog Face Gremlins211 0 Posted April 28, 2006 The Denver Post reports the agent for RB Charlie Garner said he has talked to the Broncos about giving his client a chance to make the team in training camp. Garner, 34, sat out the 2005 season with an injury. "Charlie loves Mike Shanahan and wants to be a Bronco," agent Brian Levy said. "He'd be a great third-down back there." http://www.ffmastermind.com/quickbits.php
Chronic Husker 85 Posted April 28, 2006 If we don't have to pay him too much, he'd be a nice 3rd down back. I wish we wouldn't have cut Quentin Griffin.
Grigs Allmoon 0 Posted April 28, 2006 Wow, there's a guy I never thought I'd see back in the NFL. Says he sat out 2005 with an injury. I thought he retired after being banged up so much the previous year or two.
Juniper 0 Posted April 29, 2006 I'm guessing he'll get cut or retire during training camp regardless of which team he signs with; stick a fork in him.
