MLCKAA 414 Posted May 9, 2006 Does FL have some kind of "impulse purchase" protection law? I ask because today I got an ad in the mail for Lasik surgery and in the fine print there was a notice to FL residents that they have the right to refuse payment if they get a service within 72 hours of receiving an enticing advertisement.
