TIKI-BARBERS-BARBER 0 Posted May 22, 2006 Me neither. How much support do you need to back a guy who was top 10 last year and was #1 for the second half of last season. Agreed
CA_7 0 Posted May 22, 2006 I only had about two members on here last year that agreed with me that Steve Smith would be top 5. I actually think more on here agree with me about Chambers. Also I don't think Chris Chambers being top 5 is that bold of a prediction. The "bold" comment was sarcasm. Like devildog said he was top 10 and #1 for the 2nd half (in most leagues). If you had come here providing historical data, Saban's philosophy, your opinion of Culpepper's influence on the passing game, etc. I would have respected the prediction. Everyday posters make predictions and most are forgotten when they never happen. If Chambers makes the top 5 I am sure you will bumped over and over again but yet you really never provided any basis for this prediction.

The fact that he really came on late last season. No when you nail a prediction on here it doesn't get bumped over and over again The only ones most on here bump are the ones people are wrong on. To be honest with you, I wish you had gone a little more out on a limb and predicted someone who isn't as highly thought of. Chambers was one TD away from being top 5 last year. Chambers was one TD away from being top 5 last year. Well the reason why I didn't predict somebody more of a sleeper the Chambers being top 5 is because I don't see it happening. Ill give you a more of sleeper that very well could be top ten though. Lee Evans could sneak into the top 10 this year.

TIKI-BARBERS-BARBER 0 Posted May 22, 2006 Now that would surprise me given that crappy offense. That team is all around crappy and will be behind alot and will have to throw. With Moulds gone Evans should get alot of looks and has the talent to have a breakout year. And in the magical third year wr thing if you want to too. TIKI-BARBERS-BARBER 0 Posted May 22, 2006 Unless he's able to throw the ball to himself, I don't see it happening. Thats fine. Like I said most on here didn't agree with me on Steve Smith being top 5 last year. We will have to wait and see. Chambers and Evans are the two wr's that I think will get you alot of value in the upcoming season.
CA_7 0 Posted May 22, 2006 No when you nail a prediction on here it doesn't get bumped over and over again But yet you've mentioned your Smith prediction three times in this thread? I'm just busting your balls now. I like your thoughts on Lee Evans. Biggest problems I see are the QB and ability to step up to #1 WR spot. I would keep an eye on Donald Driver to finish in the top 10. They should be behind a lot, has always had great chemistry with Favre and who is their #2 now? Rod Garnder or the rookie Jennings? yikes... He kind of has that Eric Moulds every-other-year things going too. | 2002 70 1064 15.2 9 | | 2003 52 621 11.9 2 | | 2004 84 1208 14.4 9 | | 2005 86 1221 14.2 5 |

I don't think though Evans wil have a problem steping up in the 1 role. As For Driver he could be in for a good year but the one I like there is the rookie Jennings. Greedo 13 Posted May 22, 2006 My bad - when I wrote Coles I meant Moss - those 2 keep moving so much I get them confused. I agree with the Coles bashers earlier in the post.

Except for the year he fell on his head, he has been top 20 in my league since his emergence in '02.

CA_7 is a bit lost here. respectfully Tiki, your prediciton is not bold, nor does it need a lot of supporting data.
