onejayhawk 3 Posted June 1, 2006 Mine is Edgerin James, a longtime favorite of mine. He is going from a great Oline to a dreadful one. Worse, he has a new contract, which has been a red flag before. Talentwise, he rates top 10. If he's there at 12, I swallow hard and check the list closely before I pull the trigger. Who's on your list J
Belushi 9 Posted June 1, 2006 Edge shouldn't fall out of the top 6. If he's there at 12, stop playing in leagues with your grandmother. Rudi's the tough one for me. If Palmer sits the first few weeks, I don't see a backup QB on that team that would make the D respect the pass. And Rudi has to play Baltimore, Pitts, and Cleveland (improving D) twice. His first half of last year wasn't exactly stellar either.

ellisonb11 0 Posted June 1, 2006 im afraid of lamont jordan not being consistent, and stephen jax being a letdown.
Kitsnow 0 Posted June 1, 2006 I completely agree, but if both are available at 1.12/2.1 I take them both.
Raider 84 29 Posted June 1, 2006 R Brown-hasn't ever had to carry the load by himself. In college he had the Caddy and last year he had the Crackpipe. We'll find out if he can with stand an entire season.
Sweetness_34 0 Posted June 1, 2006 I sincerely believe that if you are drafting late in the 1st round, there is nothing wrong in pickign 2 stud WRs (like Steve Smith + Harrison or Holt or TO) and then getting 3 out of the following backs later: Warrick Dunn/Fast Willie Parker/Fred Taylor/Ahman Green/Curtis Martin/Ron Dayne/Jamal Lewis etc etc
Bigbrotherisback 0 Posted June 2, 2006 RB - Brian Westbrook - Usually gets drafted in a reasonable spot, but its not likely to be me. WR - Torry Holt - top5 talent but I am expecting a little tougher time for him in his division where 4 of his 6 100+ yard games occured last year. Overall will be gunshy on most of the big name receivers this year.
