what to do when standing

You know whenever you're standing and talking to someone, but you don't know what to do with your hands? If you leave them down by your side, you look stupid. Crossing your arms is an option, but it looks like you're trying to be a badass, or it gives off the look like you don't care. You could put your hands in your pockets, but then it looks like you're trying to be trendy or something. what to do? i generally rotate between the 3 positions, trying to find something that works, but none of them ever feel right.

Hell..........my hands move around so much when I talk there are no worries. The most natural position is to be holding a drink!!
