MahSoonerz 0 Posted July 6, 2006 Even without the first rounder, looks like they managed to sign everybody cheap too. Which may have an impact on later signings, making a lot of rookies and agents at the agents who cut these weak deals. I however am fine with it - I'd rather see the salary scale turned upside down, allowing players to get quicker raises if they make it. A lot of rookies who never have shown anything and never will suck up a lot of money that could go to, you know, good players - seems like waste to me.
