Let's talk draft strategy in a 2 QB league

Recommended Posts

10 man, 1 player keeper league. We start 2 QB, 2RB, 4WR, 1TE, 1D.

My keeper is Stephen Jackson.

I have the third pick.

My strategy is to pick the best available running back with the #3 pick which will give me two strong RB's. Portis, James, Williams, Mcgahee, and on down won't be kept.

What do you go for with the 17th and 23rd picks?

Even in a 2 QB league - I go WR/WR - especially since you start 4, let the others start the run on QBs.

with this idea you have 2 strong RB's and 2 nice WR's. there are plenty of decent QBs to choose from. im sure that manning, palmer, hasselbeck are kept so there is no point in jumping on a QB early, even in a 2 QB league.

Brady, Palmer, and Hasselbeck aren't going to be kept. I doubt either one of these guys would fall to 2.7 or 3.3, but if they do, I'll be picking them up. If not I'll probably go with WR/WR
