rehdjac 0 Posted July 10, 2006 Keep three... LaDanian Tomlinson Steve Jackson Chad Johnson Anquan Boldin Antonio Gates Start: 2 RBs 2 WRs 1 TE/WR Only lock is Tomlinson as I see it.
unckeyherb 2 Posted July 10, 2006 Keep three... LaDanian Tomlinson-no brainer Steve Jackson-definitely like him this year-thinking even as high as top five Chad Johnson-only concern is Palmer, from what I've been hearing there is no worry Anquan Boldin-like him as well, but has another legitimate stud lining up on the other side. Antonio Gates-I think there are a ton of value picks this year at TE. Gates will still be the best out there, but I really think you can pick up a guy after round 7 that will post respectable numbers at TE (Cooley, Heap, Witten, McMichael, LJ Smith, Heath Miller, Dallas Clark are all guys that can be taken late in the draft and post great numbers) I'd say the first three by a long shot IMO. Cuse9 129 Posted July 11, 2006 I would go with the LT guy....tough one there. Steven Jackson should have a very good year under Linehan. CJ or Boldin....that's tough. If you project what Boldin would have did with a full 16 games last year....128 catches for over 1700 yards....it's hard to not say him. Difference is Boldin has Fitz and Edge to share TD's with and a injury prone qb in Warner...and we don't want Leinhart to have to step in yet. CJ is as solid as they come and he is the man in Cinci. If you get points for receptions I'd take Boldin...he's almost assured of 100+ catches and CJ won't get that. This is definitly a flip of the coin pick though....either way you win. PistolPete2432 0 Posted July 12, 2006 Tomlinson - No doubt Jackson - top 10 rb as a #2 Chad over Boldin because hes a proven super star and who knows how well Warner or Leinhart will throw the ball
