bushwood 1 Posted July 18, 2006 Other discussions have touched on this point. With QBs being so devalued, to the point that Peyton Manning is the only QB with an ADP in the top 40 of antsports, why don't more leagues go to starting 2 QBs. I am in a 12 team league starting 2 QBs which is really a lot of fun. The draft, team management, and waiver wire action are all quite different and much more interesting. Our draft commonly has 10 RBs, 10 QBs, and 4 WRs drafted in the first two rounds (a bit more multi-dimensional than next RB up). What's your take?? Polamalu43 0 Posted July 18, 2006 I don't do a league like this, but it is another one of the uniques ways of playing FF. I personally don't know if I'd be willing to have any of my leagues do that, but it is an alternative way to adjust strategy.
Young_Grasshopper 0 Posted July 18, 2006 I totally support 2 QB leagues, though most of your traditional players consider it an inferior game. Running it with a 12-team league seems pretty tough though: with byes, people may be squabling over Charlie Frye or Alex Smith off waivers if there isn't a really active trading circuit. The percieved lack of depth and/or coverage during bye weeks is often the number one reason why leagues don't go this route. However, with RBBC now the norm rather than the exception, QBs have just as much quality depth through 32 as compared to RBs. What's worse, squabbling over Charlie Frye or handcuffing a RB???? tecklc2112 7 Posted July 18, 2006 2 QB leagues work ok with 10 or less teams, but NOT WITH 12 teams or more...not everyone can have a backup.

Bushwood in a 12 man league some people wouldn't even be able to draft a backup who would play.... If it was a 10 man league it sounds alright but no way in a 12... ooppps.....I didnt see previous posts ....i just read the 1st post and posted an opinion.....
