rogue_reptile 0 Posted August 18, 2006 So the question is Alexander & Boldin or Alexander & Julius Jones? Im leaning toward Boldin - Im hopin the addition of a running game will open the middle of the field for Boldin to have more room to run after the catch - on the other side barring TO's BS Julius Jones could see more daylight as the def keys on TO. Yardage leauge 1pt for every 10yds 7pts per TD 1-10yds 10pts per TD 10-20yds 15 pts per TD 20-30yds yada yada. I have the 9th pick & 12th pick in a 10man league - Everyone keeps 2 players from last years roster so most of the big names will already be gone except for the 2-3 teams that didnt have anyone last year anyway. BTW we play 3RBs & 4WR-TDs per week.
Big Blue 06 195 Posted August 18, 2006 I would go SA and JJ. Always keep the RB over the WR when they're about even value.
larrymcirish 0 Posted August 18, 2006 o.k., this time i do not agree with big blue. a healty bouldin playing is worth more that a hurt jj on the bench. as an ND homer, i wish i could go with jj but he scares me.
BeeefyTaco 0 Posted August 18, 2006 i agree with Larry. I was huge on JJ last year, but Parcell's is pretty big on MB this year; RBBC. Boldin is a proven WR that's been underrated and will be under the shadows of Fitz. Kind of like Wayne with Harrison http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=222425
lv_2_hack 0 Posted August 18, 2006 I like SA and Boldin here. A healthy JJ is good but with Marion Barber and crazy parcells you never know what your going to get. Plus with 9 and 12th picks you can grab a Dillon, Kevin Jones, Bush type rb and then maybe even grab another decent wr. Go with SA and Boldin!
