It did go away with the medication he got, but with that he got a dose of infection from the IV, and ended up in ICU for 8 days with pulmonary embolism that nearly killed him. Go to a doc. UPDATE: headache no longer resides in my neck at all and no longer is isolated in my right temple. Now it spans the top of my skull and is less acute, with minor but growing pain in my left ear.
