i just proposed a trade and it was accepted, i think i did right, keep in mind this is a keeper leauge

 

i traded Edge and stallworth for Portis and toomer

 

 

my reason by low sell high in a keeper leauge.

 

im having second thoughts but giving edge for portis i think is big. my recievers are fine enough to not need stallworth and toomer is a throw in. let me know, rip me apart, whatever... thanks

 

 

recevers are fitz, wayne, bryant, wilford,

 

and i dont like haveing fitz and edge on the same team.

this trade is fine, portis is going to be fine this year; his shoulder is better than edge's O line. Stallworth and Toomer are both pretty bad, so unless stallworth turns into mcnabb's #1 option, the deal is even, with a slight advantage to you, i think.

thought i'd chime in.... really don't like sumping stallworth at this point, but am not as strong at wideout in any league as you've found yourself. portis for edge is more even to me than others might tell you... only in a keeper might i accept this. id've stood pat, you tinkerer....

Edge will almost always put up more TD's and is a better receiver of the two. Portis shoulder is a definite concern.

 

Stallworth blows Toomer out of the water.

 

However, with your wr's, you could afford to give Stallworth away.

 

It comes down to gut feeling. Is Saunders going to turn Portis into the next Priest? Portis is a phenomenal back who has not hit his prime....Edge is on the downside of this career.

 

If Portis avoids getting hurt this year, it's a great deal, hopefully TJ and Sellers don't steal too many TD's.
