I give Gore & Chester Taylor for Caddy.

QB: Bledsoe, Favre

RB: SJax, C.Taylor, Dillon, Gore, Rhodes, M.Barber

WR: S.Smith, R. Wayne, Horn, Wilford

TE: B. Watson, Witten

 

 

League starts 2 RB, 3 WR, and a Flex RB/WR

I wouldn't... why give up two starters for one... gore and Taylor both have the ability to put up similar number as Caddy. You do not have the depth needed in Rb to do this trade IMO. Good Luck.

Exactly, especially when you have a flex position to put that third RB at. Normally I'm a fan of 2 for 1 trades if I'm getting the one, but these are the wrong two to trade.

why give up two back who will get goal line carries while caddie has two other decent backs that will take carries away from him.

I wouldn't do the trade...yet. I would wait until a few games have passed. You are trading 2 starting rbs for one. While the one has demostrated he can get the job done, Caddy has not proven he can do it long term. The other two are unproven commodities with potential.

 

Taylor and Gore's value may go up after a few games under their belt. You may be able to get more then or give up less (depending on what you are after.)

Interesting idea...but I would want someone a bit better than Caddy for this trade to happen.

I would do the deal, but I seem to be in the minority. I just see Caddy as head and shoulders above the other two. I believe SF and MINN will suck this year. (I onw Caddy in a redraft and Taylor in a dynasty league, so I'm not too biased.) Also, I feel Barber/Rhodes/Dillon would be a decent bench. The deal, however, would likely hurt your starting lineup on byes and injuries. Thus, while I'd still do it, it's not an overwhelming sentiment.

 

As it's a 2-for-1 deal, could a player be added?
