Strength of schedule and who to draft

Can anyone tell me where I can print out a strength of shedule for free and who do you think I should draft with the 4th pick in my draft today.

You can get a strength of shedule at fftoolbox.com.

 

Don't know if your league has any specific scoring that makes a significant difference so I'd say Tiki is the way to go at #4. Especially if PPR.
