kostnkost 2 Posted September 14, 2006 OK mind you this is a 10 team league, so that is why he is still out there. Now our league uses IDP, and is heavily favored towards defensive players (ie. 10 pts for a sack, forced fumble, fumble rec., etc.). Touchdowns for offensive players on the other hand are 6pts. Now here is my dilemma. I have the #1 pick out there, so Bryant could be all mine. Take into account that I have Chad Johnson, T.O., Branch & Galloway is kind of overkill. I also have a chance to grab Shawn Rogers DL (DET)or Lemar Marshall LB (WAS) with my 1st pick. So basically my question is A. Bryant the real deal, or is it safer to grab a defensive player? I will answer anybodys question that asks.

USGrant 0 Posted September 14, 2006 Pick up Bryant, your third reciever is a little weak.
lb3g4m3rcyl 0 Posted September 14, 2006 Pick up Bryant, your third reciever is a little weak. Bryant sucks. Don't waste the #1 WW on him. TO, CJ, and Galloway is more than enough. Branch will be a solid pick up in the next few weeks.
Hawkeye G 0 Posted September 15, 2006 Pick him up and then trade him. There has to be somebody in your league that is weak at WR. You could also keep him for insurance/bye week replacement. The 49er D is pretty shaky and they have to pass.

Resident A-hole 0 Posted September 15, 2006 Bryant is more valuable than Galloway, and a lot more valuable than Branch. Do it.
