Money and connections can buy the best education possible. Most schols, including these top ones have "legacy" admissions which is basicly affirmative action for the rich and powerful. The Corky W. Bushes, Forrest Gump Kennedys, or Bluto Rockefellers of the world can attend any university in America they want with a phone call. HS transcripts don't matter.
