Qb help

Recommended Posts

my team is 0-3 despite not looking horrible. Lost last week to a team with westbrook and was actually leading going into the Monday night game and the owner inserted Devery last minute in place of Jenkins. He needed 4.5 points and of course got it on a double reverse. :dunno:

My problem is at qb. Who is the best play. Kitna and Smith are on the waiver wire. Do I stick with Leftwich who plays against the weakest passing D of the redskins or Smith at K.C.? or Kitna at StL? There is also Frye against Oakland?

My team:

Qb Leftwich (1)

RB Jackson, Dillon, T. Jones, D. Williams, A. Green (2) + flex rb/wr

WR Holt, Roy Williams, Driver, Glenn (2) + flex

TE L.j. Smith (1)

Def: Miami (1)

K: Stover

DL: Vilma

Scoring: Standard except passing tds = 6 and receiving yardage 15yards=1pt

Tough question....

You definitely need some help at QB

Jax offense can be conservative, but I would play the matchup here.

I think you definitely need to pick up a QB. I would take the options available (who are equal) and compare their schedules with that of Leftwitch. Whichever one matches up best, I would pick up and play your QB each week based on matchup. If it ends up being Frye. I would consider him against Oakland.

I think Kitna is a decent play as long as you do it against weak defenses, however I would be worried about the fact that STL is a team that has picked off a lot of balls (6) thus far. Kitna can drop fast if he gets flustered. If you are looking for a more steady replacement I would go with Smith. This week though I would stick with Leftwhich.
