kbtegp 0 Posted October 12, 2006 Ended up with Culpepper and McNair as my QB's in one league. (Yes. I know) Scoring system: 6/TD 1/50 yds 6pt bonus @ 300 then 1/20 thereafter -2 Int Offer on the table: I give: Leon Washington (my 5th string RB at this pt) Robbie Gould I get: David Carr (#5 QB so far) Lawrence Tynes I usually don't care about PK, but Gould is the 3rd highest point producer in the league (although the last two weeks Tynes is virtually identical). Gould is kicking in Chicago, which will get cold and windy as the year progresses.. I picked up Harrington off waivers, but am leaning towards accepting this deal. Opinions?? Leave a link for yours. Woble Eth 11 Posted October 12, 2006 Despite the Texans woes this year, Carr has been very proficient from a fantasy production standpoint. Gould is playing well, but Tynes is not a bad option - and I assume you won't cry in your coffee losing one Leon Washington. And given your QB situation, Carr would be quite the upgrade. Gould is having a wonderful year thus far, but a kicker is NOT going to win you your league.
botwp 0 Posted October 12, 2006 I would def do that trade Please see mine... http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=243326
SFGeek 0 Posted October 12, 2006 I think McNair may step it up a bit but he's your only QB right now. Tynes should do well if/when Green returns. I'd pull it. You need a 2nd QB.
nosferatu9368 0 Posted October 12, 2006 The need for another QB makes this a must do. Washington might be a one week wonder who knows. One thing about the Kickers though the Weather gets bad in K.C as well... All that being said do it the Texans will be behind in every game this year forcing them to pass alot and Andre is finally looking like the WR we thought he would be. Peace Good Luck Thanks for answering mine...
bwweagle 0 Posted October 12, 2006 I'd do it as well. Carr has been a solid FFL scorer this year, despite the Texans stinking up the joint.
Beef Ravioli 0 Posted October 12, 2006 I think that would be a good trade for you, so I would pull the trigger. Here's mine http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=243236
