hagler 0 Posted October 14, 2006 My team: QB: Vick, Frye, A.Brooks RB: Portis/Betts, J.Jones, A.Green, Droughns WR: Djack, Coles, Reggie Williams, Mason, Welker TE: Watson, A.Smith D: Steelers I start 2 RBs, 3 WRs, 1 QB Portis has a bye week 8... Do I hope that A.Green is healthy, so I can start J.Jones & A.Green Or Do I hang on to Droughns to start him just in case A.Green is still hurt? Problem is that the team willing to give me Barber needs a RB for week 8 bye, also. Worst case, I start Jones & Barber if A.Green still hurt. Do I make this trade & secure the Dallas running game for the rest of the year? Besides week 8 (Jets), Droughns has a brutal schedule... Please help. Thanks. jeffkomlo 19 Posted October 14, 2006 I assume its M. Barber III not Tiki. Think you should hold on to Droughns, he'll get lots of yards. mine http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=243895
wggierhart 0 Posted October 14, 2006 I would try to shore up Dallas' backs and hope one of them gets hurt (I hate to say that). Droughns schedule is nasty and he doesn't score or catch balls. http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=243898
doobious 0 Posted October 14, 2006 I agree, keep Droughns. If you're talking about Tiki then for sure, make the trade. My question..... http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=243858
The Hunter 0 Posted October 14, 2006 i'd keep droughns, and try to move him for a starting running back. a starter, no matter how poor his schedule is, is more valuable than a back-up. http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=243786

JohnnyBravo17 0 Posted October 14, 2006 I've never been a fan of having both running backs in an RBBC situation. You'll rarely ever play them both on the same week. You always wind up second guessing youself for choosing on over the other. If you keep one for injury reasons then you are taking up a bench spot that could be filled with someone who is already starting. You've already got that situation once with Portis/Betts. Don't do it again with Jones/MBIII. Stick with what you got. Help with my decision this week? http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=243966

ramblin'wreck 0 Posted October 14, 2006 I say trade Draugnhs .. his upcoming schedules are not easy. Here's mine.. http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=243939
Youngblood 0 Posted October 14, 2006 In looking at Cleveland's schedule and the state of their O-line, I'd have to trade Droughns if I could. They have a tough road ahead but the weather in their division will not be getting better so running games will be more of a focus. For that reason, I'd move Rueben. Thanks! J5 0 Posted October 14, 2006 I would trade Droughns. He is not producing and it is worth the piece of mind.
