JediMaster 20 Posted October 28, 2006 EDIT: Rudi for McGahee and 2007 8th Rd. Pick First I'll give some of the rules. - Keep a player a MAX of 3 years - 3 Keepers total per year but can NOT be at same postion (can't keep 2 rbs or 2 wrs, etc) - Keep a player from rounds 5-17 and Undrafted players That's pretty much the major rules needed to know. I'm 1-6 and I'm looking at next year already. Just pulled a deal that I gave up Dunn and I got a 2007 6th Rd. Pick(from a playoff contender). Now I have another deal: I give up: Rudi (He's been a keeper in our league for 4+ years and this is my 3rd year for him so I can't keep him anymore) for I get: W. McGahee (Also a keeper in our league for about 4 years now and then I'd have him for 3 years) and a 2007 8th Rd. Pick What do you think of this trade? Should I pull the trigger? or hope for something better(which nothing has come up)? PLEASE HELP!!! Thanks in advance

Thanks in advance Why not...you gotta rid of him anyways..might as well get a decent...while not consistant...RB while you can..or else you'll just have to drop him right? JediMaster 20 Posted October 28, 2006 Well he will go back into the draft then at the end of the year.
Bpow0407 0 Posted October 28, 2006 If you can't get a better deal from another owner, perhaps a Cincy fan, then go with that trade. It's a good trade for you. Talk with a few owners to see if they are interested before you accept the trade. http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=248577
BALD EAGLE 0 Posted October 28, 2006 Have you given up making the playoffs? Who proposed the deal, you or the other owner? If you've given up and the other owner still hopes to make the playoffs, then perhaps you can negotiate for a higher draft pick as Rudi has an outstanding week 14 and 15 chance for significant points. Yes I've pretty much given up (1-6) plus I can't keep him anymore after this year but then he'll go back in the draft. Well the owner has been trying to get him for some time now so I tried an offer since now I'm out of it and he said no and will only give up McGahee and 9th rounder (nothing earlier)
surfnturf3g01 0 Posted October 28, 2006 I'd shop around and then do the McGahee deal if all else fails...Thanks for answering mine...
BALD EAGLE 0 Posted October 28, 2006 Probably better take the deal unless there are other owners who may be interested.
