Candygram4Mongo 8 Posted November 3, 2006 PPR League, 1QB, 3WR, 2RB, 1TE I (5-3) have WR: SSmith, RoyW, CHenry, Jenkins RB: Rudi, KJ, Addai, Bush TE: Colston He (2-6) has WR: Coles, Owens, HWard, ReggieWilliams and Kennison RB: TBell, Jones/Drew, Caddy, LJordan, MBell My team is pretty good, 3rd out of 10. But I'm thinking ahead to the playoffs, and I need to improve to beat the #1 team. I know giving up Addai or Rudi will leave me thin at RB, but getting Coles allows me to play 4 big numbers guys every week (3WRs and Colston at TE). KJ has been my most solid RB, and I'm tired of waiting for Rudi. Word is he has big second halves, but his schedule is brutal. Coles plays HOU, GB, MIA & OAK, and gets catches when Jets are behind, which will be all the time. The other owner is no dummy. Rudi has the track record, Addai the huge upside. I want to offer Rudi and Henry for Coles and Jones/Drew. Should I make the offer?
Llexlon 0 Posted November 3, 2006 I would try and work something with Bush first. RB have more value than WR and you will still be good at RB. I like the addition of Coles to your team, but question whether it is worth Rudi or Addai. If giving up Rudi or Addai I would try straight up for TO.
Dante 0 Posted November 3, 2006 Rudi is worth a top WR, which Coles is not. The 4-4 J-E-T-S are frauds, with 4 wins against teams with 6 combined wins. Get a better player for one of the most consistent RBs in fantasy football.
ramblin'wreck 0 Posted November 3, 2006 If I have ot choose to give up on one of the two, it would definitely be Addai. I think Rudi is too good to give up on.. Addai, though has huge potentials, is still a rookie. Even that I would target someone better than Coles. BUT if can choose not to do anything, that's the best.. You are already good the way it is.. THanks for mine.
supersonic 0 Posted November 3, 2006 addai and henry for coles and jones-drew i would do that if i had your team. i would be a little more hesitant giving up on rudi though. i too think rudi will demand i little more value than coles.

Plexx 0 Posted November 3, 2006 agreed on the fact that you could maybe get a bit more out of Rudi, but if your liking Jones drew and want to take a gamble with him getting the starting job, your RB depth should be sufficient. I personally wouldnt bother with the deal though.

MEL08 0 Posted November 3, 2006 Im not sure i would give up an up and coming Addai and a starter in Henry for Jones Drew sharing carries and an inconsistent Coles.
~Fantasy Girl~ 0 Posted November 3, 2006 There is a reason his team 2-6. You don't want Coles. Winter in NY is NOT passer friendly. Rudi has a huge upside. With Johnson/Hush/Jailbreak-Henry all playing again, the Bengals offense will be MUCH better. Think of the old James/Wayne/Harrison/Stokely days. With 3 WR's that can catch the ball, it will open up lanes for Rudi. http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=250412
just_want_2_win 0 Posted November 3, 2006 I have Coles in one league and his numbers are tailing off. He's had a nagging calf injury and Pennington's arm is rumored to be tiring. No telling if Coles would be Ramsey's top target or not, and weather will decline in NY, plus if you look at http://www.fftoday.com/stats/fantasystats....&LeagueID=1 Cole's next few games are unfavorable. Thanks for mine.
mrgymrat 0 Posted November 3, 2006 1. No on dealing Rudi... he will come around. 2. I think Addai & C Henry have way more upside than MoJo Drew & Coles (Frd Taylor has looked damn good & J-E-T-S will struggle the rest of the way out.) Chris Henry will help the Bengals attack return to all cylinders including Rudi. Please look at my Addai ? http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=250418

Leaves me short at RB and him short at WR. Addai/Henry for TO/JonesDrew? I don't think he'd go for it. Is giving Rudi/Henry too much for TO/JonesDrew?
