IGotWorms 4,058 Posted November 5, 2006 The Patriots come out with the spread offense, only this time instead of going down-field they throw a lot of screens and Maroney breaks a couple of big ones. Pats go up on the Colts early, and then run Maroney and Dillon the rest of the game. Manning, Wayne, and Harrison all have good games statistically but can't convert when it really matters. Tom Brady: 250 yards, 2 TDs Peyton Manning: 350 yards, 2 TDs, 2 INTs (one returned for a touchdown by Asante Samuel) Patriots 34, Colts
lsk6453 0 Posted November 5, 2006 Pats up by 3 late, Indy is driving and has to attempt a FG to tie the game. Pats block Vinatieri's kick. Game over

I am very confident in this team, especially after last week, but still...Manning/Harrison/Wayne is terrifying.

UncleHulka 0 Posted November 6, 2006 I predict that before the game is over Tedy Bruschi will deliver a baby, save a litter of puppies, cure cancer, and execute Saddam Hussein with a trident. I also predict that Peyton Manning will commit 17 delay of game penalties and throw at least two 1 yard touchdown passes. If only both of these teams could lose. BirdBradyBobbyOrr 0 Posted November 6, 2006 Manning debuts new Mastercard commercial. Vinatieri shines. Colts win. HAHAHH! HAHAHAH!!!! Funny that you mention Manning and all of his commercials. The link below is to an article from today's Boston Globe which discusses Brady and his constant focus on football first and foremost always. Is it fair to say that we can all get better Brady and Manning included and Brady chooses to use his time on football and family not endorsements and sideshow acts. It's hard to criticize a guy like Manning since he's so dominant but would it have made a difference in the past? What about this year for say a Roethlisberger or Vick if they focused on football more and personal endorsements and side activities less? Just a hypothtetical and fair to ask. Interesting read. By the way, Vinatieri is going to hit a big one or miss a big one, but he'll get a shot at an important FG. Game time temp 34 and freezing in the parking lots. Brady Most Valuable Product

Brady Most Valuable Product you're retarded! Nobody, and I mean NOBODY works harder at his game than Manning. Brady is busy dating models, where manning makes commercials... this in no way means that he isn't working harder than everyone!
dragon lady 0 Posted November 6, 2006 all i need is for Marvin to do as well as Javon "go baby go" and i will be a happy camper...benched Addai and watson....but london flecther is the man....even if he held my qb and ahman ....just a girl playing with the boys in SoFL
Big_Pete 0 Posted November 6, 2006 the colts will win. Sorry pat's homers I always tell all you pat's fhags that if brady throws vertically more than 5 yards, it'll be more often than not either incomplete or intercepted. He's only good for about 1-2 5+yard passes a game. He get's all his yards cause of the screen passes which they do better than anyone else, but a high school QB can do that shiot... brady is a tard and can't even hold mannings jock

Big_Pete 0 Posted November 6, 2006 well, that's 1 pass of 10+.. he's only got 1 more all game! better cherish this moment You're wasting your breath. GiantsRule 0 Posted November 6, 2006 well, that's 1 pass of 10+.. he's only got 1 more all game! better cherish this momenttrue.. I forgot how blind their homerism makes them And the thing is, I think Brady is awesome. Without question, the most clutch NFL player in the league today. And I think NFL fans worldwide realize this now. Yet, NE homers insist on saying Manning isn't as good (which is laughable) and ridicule him when the Colts (i.e, the team, not Manning himself) fold in the playoffs. Again, swap Brady with Manning, and Manning wouldn't be ringless. Doesn't mean he would have three rings during that span, but he'd certainly have won 1-2 under Belichick's rule. Not sure I can say the same for Brady in Indy under Mora or Dungy.
