Edge, Chambers and Romo for Wayne and Gore

I offered an owner Edge, Chambers and Romo for Wayne and Gore. This team only has Alex Smith at QB so I figure Romo is a nice addition. I figure Edge and Gore are even and the stat difference between Wayne and Chambers is made up for with the add on of Romo. I have S Jax and C Taylor at RB with Gore as #3, McNabb at QB and this would then give me Wayne, Coles, D Jax, Gates and Jennings at WR. What do you think?

He continues to produce even when the 49ers struggles. Edge has done nothing behind that lousy O-line. Wayne is much better than Chambers. Romo is a nice QB, but largely unproven. Just my thoughts..

The year is 2006 and Frank Gore is >>> Edge.

 

You'll need to offer a much better QB and possibly a different running back.

No question you would get the better end of this one. Edge has been almost worthless. And Chambers for Wayne is well one-sided. If he goes for it, good for you...
