Trade Help! Mcnabb/Gore vs Bulger/Alexander

Thoughts on a trade that was offered... I'd give Mcnabb (back-up is Kitna) and Gore (Back-ups are R Brown, Jones-Drew & Lundy) for Bulger & Alexander

HELL NO!!!! that would be the dumbest trade ever.......

 

McNabb puts up at least 20 points a game besides the game before the bye.... I don't know what Bulger does. I can imagine that he has nothing on McNabb. Gore is a Moster, why in hell would you want to trade him for an injured Alexander, which will be shareing carries when he returns.

 

I don't even know why you would even consider it.

Why would I consider it? Upside at the end of the season...Alexander has a cake schedule.....

Bulger is the #3 QB in our league and has an easy schedule the rest of the way in a dome. Mcnabb is on the road and playing in the elements (we saw how well that went last week). Gore hasn't scored a TD since week 2. My RB back-ups are starters in most leagues (Lundy, MOJO, etc.) and would be servicable/excellent match-up plays.

No. It sounds like you are dealing just to deal. i don't see Alexander coming back and being effective. Just a gut feeling though. Gore has shown that he can consistently put up points, (except last week), and McNabb may be the MVP. Thanks for mine.

Agreed; While Bulger is putting up some points and will continue to do so, S.A. is drawing a big gooseegg and may not be back before the playoffs. You'd be limiting your roster waiting for S.A. to get his ass off the

DO NOT DO THIS TRADE!!!!!

 

You have a solid QB set in McNabb & Kitna......play the matchups.

Do not mess with a solid proven RB core to pick up a top flight RB that may not even play again this year. Even if Shaun gets the ok to play....he has not seen the field in weeks......he can't even run yet. Gore & Brown have good schedules comming up.....Stick with what you have, you are fine.
