Let Da Big Dog Eat 42 Posted February 22, 2007 Glad the sig took you to "glaxaies far, far away where no man has traveled before." Knew someone with a hint of intellegence would pick up on it. Anyway, as one of the dinosaurs of this board, dreams are a comingiling of experiences and fears (and occaionally hopes). Very, very rarely, are they a premonition of future reality. My SO has bad dreams about everyone she truly loves, kids, grandkids and even me (yes, I am good in the sack so she cares). But, they should be dismissed as soon as remembered because they are just what they are. Forget all the gun, security stuff. Just think of all the good things that are going on in your life right now when you go to sleep and you will sleep peacefully. GL

Wildman 0 Posted February 22, 2007 Thanks, and I'm hoping you're right dear. I actually had a friend tell me before that getting a gun because it's just me is a good idea and that I should also teach my son about the gun and teach him to shoot it as well. That will alleviate the curiosity that kids have when guns are in the house. And it will also teach him what guns can do to someone and how to respect them because of it. Please enroll your kid in a class if you're going to teach him about gun safety. Even if you know everything there is about guns, have someone other than 'mom' teach him. It will have a greater impact.

Trust me, if I ever decided to get a gun and have my son learning about it, it would NOT be from me. I don't know anything about them myself, and when I do know, I still won't know the best way to teach a child.

Yer mom 2 Posted February 22, 2007 I had a dream last night I was held hostage by whiggers. One of them shot my buddy in the face and then the 3 of them put me in a trunk. I was in there for about 25 minutes only to figure out that the backseats were able to fold forward and I was like "YES"! I got out of the car and they were still fockin standing there I told them that deep down inside, I was a whigger too, so they took me back to their place for a bar-b-que I need to lay off the weed before bed
