what I id come up with, though is this:

 

Rack and pinion price (aftermarket) - $235.00 / labor 1.6hrs ($136.00)

Power steering pump(aftermarket) -$200.00 / labor 1.3hrs ($110.00)

 

The dealer prices are way up there. Over $500.00 for the rack itself.

THe estimate doesn't really say anything more than

 

rack $1205

Pump $520

rear pinion $160

 

I'm not having Mike fix this one ... I can get it done elsewhere for half the price. Also, Mike uses genuine MOPAR parts...

For $2K, I can figure out how to do ALOT of stuff I'd rather not do.

I though I made it pretty clear that mike's not fixing my durango. That was the estimate mike gave me.
