fastfish 0 Posted April 5, 2007 U.S. says Iran uses hostage diplomacy http://interestalert.com/story/04050000aab...e_breaking.html 'This is clearly a regime that, after several decades, continues to view hostage-taking as a tool of its international diplomacy,' McCormack told reporters.'Let's go back 30 years, let's look at seizing hostages from the American Embassy. Let's look at, twice, within the past three years, seizing hostages from the U.K. There are three examples right there, very clearly, that show a pattern of behavior over an extended period of time.'The United States regards Iran as the world's leading state sponsor of terrorism and has long accused the Islamic Republic of trying to secretly develop nuclear weapons and has been outspoken in severe criticism of the regime. fastfish 0 Posted April 5, 2007 you seem troubled that we haven't blown them up yet. am i wrong? yes, you are wrong. The fact is the Ayatollahs are at the center of radical Islam, they are the spiritual force feeding jihadists eveywhere, they are the Bank of Terror as they use their oil money to arm Hezbolah in Lebanon and Al-Queda in Iraq. Eventually, the West must impose regime change on Iran because the Iranian people, like the Iraqi people, have no chance to throw off tyranny by themseles. And since the West is US when it comes to military power, America will, at the end of the day, need to kill the Ayatollahs who want nukes, which is the bottom line for our own national security. fastfish 0 Posted April 6, 2007 You lost me at "yes". of course...I never speak down to people, I speak the truth and if it's over their head, not my problem. But if you work at it, do some actual reading, study a tad bit of history....you might begin to understand why the world is at war RIGHT NOW. And then you can pick a side: individual freedom or Islamic tyranny? Women as slaves or equal rights for all people? Freedom of religious beliefs or death to the infidel?
