Day Old Doughnut 0 Posted May 28, 2007 I've been working out for a few years now and have lost quite a bit of weight, but I've basically been going at it with no routine or program involved. I've reached a point where I'm not losing weight like I want and I'm thinking it's because I don't change up my routine enough. I try to work out at least 4 times a week for an hour or so each workout. Where can I find a good and free website that has good suggestions for workout programs involving both cardio and weights?
