8.12 Jay Cutler, QB DEN

11.01 Steve McNair, QB BAL

1.01 LaDanian Tomlinson, RB KCC

3.01 Cedric Benson, RB CHI

4.12 Jamal Lewis, RB CLE

9.01 Michael Turner, RB SDC

10.12 Brandon Jackson, RB GBP

2.12 Torry Holt, WR STL

5.01 Darrell Jackson, WR SFO

6.12 Jericho Cotchery, WR NYJ

7.01 Kellen Winslow, WR CLE

QB - It's clear that this is not a strength. Jay Cutler has some upside, but I think Shanny will stick to the run and not trail in many games.

RB - Having LT is clearly an advantage over anyone else, but for me the buck stops there. I think you got caught right at the end of a RB run and Benson became way overvalued. In the limited action he saw last year he wasn't that good and he was a bust in the playoffs. I don't like Jamal Lewis much either.

WR - Obviously Holt is a nice pick and worth the 2.12. I liked Darrell Jackson up until this year. I think the change won't be productive for him. He is relatively young, but becoming injury prone. The fact that Seattle let him go tells me to throw up the red flag. The other two are players I probably wouldn't draft.

LT and Holt will help this team win some games, but I'm not sure if this is a playoff team.

8.11 Brett Favre, QB GBP

10.11 JaMarcus Russell, QB OAK

11.02 Chad Pennington, QB NYJ

1.02 Steven Jackson, RB STL

2.11 Thomas Jones, RB NYJ

7.02 Lamont Jordan, RB OAK

9.02 DeShaun Foster, RB CAR

3.02 Reggie Wayne, WR IND

4.11 Hines Ward, WR PIT

5.02 Laverneous Coles, WR NYJ

6.11 Joey Galloway, WR TBB

QB - This is not a great group and probably won't produce too much at all.

RB - Steven Jackson is a monster and got better as the season progressed last year. He marched a lot of teams to and through the playoffs last year. Thomas Jones is a player who should do very well this year, but doesn't come without some concern. I think he could have a season that warrents a late first or early second round pick. LaMont Jordan and DeShawn Foster are in a RBBC situation, but have some upside and came at value places in the draft.

WR - Taking a WR who is the second option on his team is not something I normally do. Carson Palmer was available and and should of occupied the 3.02 spot instead of Wayne. Ward, Coles and Galloway are very similiar in that they have all been in the league a numbers years and have all touched top 10 for a year. Actually I don't think Coles has ever touched the top 10, but he has been in the top 15 a few times.

This is a nice safe team that should make the playoffs.

Fumbleweed

3.03 Carson Palmer, QB CIN

6.10 Jon Kitna, QB DET

1.03 Larry Johnson, RB KCC

4.10 Marion Barber III, RB DAL

5.03 Adrian Peterson, RB MIN

2.10 Marvin Harrison, WR IND

7.03 Bernard Berrian, WR CHI

8.10 Vincent Jackson, WR SDC

9.03 Alge Crumpler, WR ATL

10.10 Brandon Marshall, WR DEN

11.03 Joe Horn, WR ATL

QB - This is a solid duo in fantasy speak and I think Kitna at 6.10 was a mild steal, but not a great choice for this team. We only start one QB and Kitna won't demand too much value in a trade situation.

RB - LJ is solid back and I think he has a 95% chance to finish in the top 5. The Chiefs seem to be a declining team year after year, which makes me think Steven Jackson should be taken before LJ. Marion Barber made me some money last year and was impressive, but the fish is gone and so may be his TD numbers. Peterson has upside as a top drafted rookie, but he also has Chester Taylor to compete with. I just don't take rookies so I have a hard time with this pick.

WR - Marvin is a pick that is hard to dispute. I could see taking Thomas Jones and then Fitz or Roy Williams around the turn since Kitna was had in the 6th. Berrian and Jackson were nice picks with upside, but both are only worthy of the 3rd WR spot. I see hole in the 2nd WR spot.

This team has a very nice 1-2-3 punch and will make the playoffs if Barber mirrors last season. Otherwise this team is on the playoff bubble.

4.09 Drew Brees, QB NOS

10.09 Jake Delhomme, QB CAR

1.04 Frank Gore, RB SFO

2.09 Maurice Jones-Drew, RB JAX

5.04 Ahman Green, RB HOU

7.04 Kevin Jones, RB DET

3.04 Larry Fitzgerald, WR ARI

6.09 Chris Chambers, WR MIA

8.09 Greg Jennings, WR GBP

9.04 DJ Hackett, WR SEA

11.04 Chris Cooley, WR WAS

QB - Brees has proved that he can compete with the big boys to me, nice pick! Jake Delhomme is a great back up for this team. Not as strong as Fumbleweed's duo, but a more effective draft strategy.

RB - I looked at Gore's numbers from last year again just now. I also saw how he finished 2005 and want to dispute this pick, but I just can't. I may of taken Alexander instead, I guess I have to warm up to Gore. I like Jones-Drew and he was a blessing to have last year for owners. Nice depth at good value.

WR - Fitz is a good receiver and who went right about where he should of. Chambers is a guy who alternates between good bad seasons and if history holds true he'll have a good year. Greg Jennings was good pick at good value and should be healthier this year.

This is nice team that should make the playoffs..

Shane Falco

5.05 Donovan McNabb, QB PHI

8.08 Philip Rivers, QB SDC

1.05 Shaun Alexander, RB SEA

2.08 Reggie Bush, RB NOS

6.08 Fred Taylor, RB JAX

11.05 Tony Hunt, RB PHI

3.05 Roy Williams, WR DET

4.08 Randy Moss, WR NEP

7.05 Donte Stallworth, WR NEP

9.05 Kevin Curtis, WR PHI

10.08 Drew Bennett, WR STL

QB - This is another good duo and should help this team win some games this year. I may have chose a WR like Jennings instead of Rivers.

RB - I like Alexander, nice job taking him. I think Bush will continue to be very inconsistent, I would have taken Jones-Drew. Taylor is nice for depth. Decent job with this group.

WR - Roy Williams went right where I expected him too. Randy Moss was a great value in the 4th round, but I don't like the Stallworth pick. Brady spreads the ball well and Moss will be a red zone target over Stallworth. I had high expectations for Curtis and was kind of surprised to see Reggie Brown go so early. I guess I'd like to hear what everyone thinks about Curtis.

This is a good team that should make the playoffs.

Clash of the Titans

7.06 Matt Hasslebeck, QB SEA

9.06 Ben Rothlisberger, QB PIT

1.06 Brian Westbrook, RB PHI

3.06 Deuce McAllister, RB NOS

5.06 DeAngelo Williams, RB CAR

8.07 Ladell Betts, RB WAS

2.07 Terrell Owens, WR DAL

4.07 Plaxico Burress, WR NYG

6.07 Santana Moss, WR WAS

10.07 Vernon Davis, WR SFO

11.06 Ronald Curry, WR OAK

QB - I think Clash did a very good job with his QB situation. I'm a bit surprised both those guys lasted as long as they did in the draft.

RB - This is not a flashy group, but a good group with mild injury concern. Maybe a bot too early for Betts since you don't have Portis.

WR - I think I would trade my group of WRs for this group. I wanted Plax or Randy Moss so bad, but both went before my 4th rounder. There is some risk, but I think I'd be okay with it.

I like this team to silently march through the season and make the playoffs.

my sentences are getting shorter and shorter, I'll continue tommorrow night.

I just knocked off three more, and mine are getting more and more Scotch enhanced!!

I find this draft much easier with a pick in the top half, more so than any year on memory.
