Bert 1,128 Posted June 15, 2007 Do you two realize we would still pay most of those taxes if the current FairyTax proposal was passed? Jeebus people do some research beyond what the talking heads tell you. For instance, find out how many of the taxes you pay everyday are local taxes not, I repeat not, Federal taxes. Also the fair tax doesn't get rid of federal taxes it simply restructures the tax scheme.
