Didn't Joc put in "dibs" on him?

 

How'd he end up on Ricey's roster?

 

Please elaborate on how this happened - this was a league vote, Joc stated who he was going to drop for him and I am about to enforce that transaction by moving said player to honor the league vote. I would prefer the involved parties provided an explanation and recommendation for which players I should move off the respective rosters (and in Ricey's case who he dropped to add him) but without a doubt this will be resolved in a manner that jibes with the results of the league vote.

I did not catch when he became available on the WW. When I first made the post...he was not listed. I also did a couple of other drafts on yahoo and he was not available then. It looks like riceman grabbed him August 9th. I checked yesterday the 13th. So yes I did miss when he first entered the waiver wire.

 

Old Guru saw him before I did with his post on the site. If I missed the opportunity to get Hester that is fine. I think it should then be a coin toss between riceman and guru. Whatever you want to do, I'm ok with any decision.

I figured you'd take care of it.

 

Joc did indeed call dibbs on Hester. The league then voted whether it was cool to call dibbs or if we should make it 1st come 1st served and everyone was ok with his dibbs, thus setting precident for the seldom invoked "dibbs clause".
