Fred Taylor for Reggie Brown

Would you trade Fred Taylor away for Reggie Brown? Reggie would be my #3 behind Owens and Randy Moss. Taylor is my 3rd or 4th RB behind Steven Jackson, Benson, Dunn, or Kevin Jones. My worry is that it will leave me way too weak at RB. You can start 3 rbs in my league as a flex.

I probably wouldn't do it.. RB depth is extremely hard to come by, and Fred Taylor is still the starter in Jacksonville.. And if I recall correctly, he's in a contract year and should be motivated to put up some serious numbers, if he can stay healthy which is always a concern for him.. Every year though all sorts of WRs step up and can be found on the WW.. so i would hold on to Taylor

The Fragile Fred moniker is complete BS. I'd hang onto him. He's no great shakes, as far as fantasy goes, because he doesn't score TDs, but he's good for 1200 yards and a few TDs. Reggie Brown is not good for that, IMO. Plus, you'd lose valuable depth at a more important position.

Oh yeah. He's going to have a good year. You are loaded at RB and your WRs are, well, old. Good trade.

i'd probably go with it. that'll give you three #1 receivers and you've got pretty good depth at RB. i worry about Benson and K. I would not make the deal. Leaves you too thin at RB. Who knows how long Dunn will keep the starting job, plus the offense there is going to be suspect at best with Vick gone.

I would do it. Reggie Brown is poised for a breakout year and Fred is not gonna get the goal line touches in Jax. Please see mine
