Cmoney22 0 Posted September 13, 2007 So I am thinking about picking up DeShaun Foster (Car) from waivers and dropping Jamal Lewis. I already have R. Johnson, Westbrook and A. Green, but I would like to normally play 3 RB's each game. Is Foster going to be any good with DeAngelo Williams splitting carries with him? It looks like Foster will get most of the early game action then they will put in Williams later in the games for fresh legs. It still looks like he will get 15-20 touches a game and has a good schedule coming up, but Jamal is still the main man in Cleveland. So should I pick him up or maybe wait and see how the Jamal does this week?
TheRuckus 0 Posted September 13, 2007 I'd take Foster over Lewis. He ran well last game and I think the zone blocking really fits his style. Can you drop someone else, maybe a back up TE or WR?
raisedbywolves 0 Posted September 13, 2007 jamal lewis is trash. do it. cleveland in general just looks pitiful and jamal lewis is on the downside of his career.

mec411 0 Posted September 14, 2007 me too man. i am selling foster high, there has been interest, especially in my 14 team league..i think he will get the bulk of the carries until you see otherwise
rpmbcs 0 Posted September 14, 2007 I would take Foster Lewis has the disadvantage of no QB and poor WR with a poor line....they are just going to stack the box and make the QB beat them. Foster has smith to relieve him...they can't walk up the safety as much with Steve Smith going across the middle.. FOSTER
epinindy 0 Posted September 14, 2007 Foster is a huge improvement over Lewis. Cleveland will trail in almost every game this season and the running game will be taken away. Carolina is and always has been determined to run the ball. http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=287116
